What Tixfall collects, why we collect it, who can see it and how long we keep it. We don't sell data and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.

If you play
When you use the hub or play a game that uses the Tixfall SDK, we collect:
- Your Roblox user ID and username.
- Which games you started from the hub, and when.
- When you joined and left those games, and for how long you played.
- Purchases you made in those games: the Robux amount and which item.
- Tasks you finished, and any gameplay events the game chooses to send, such as a round you won.
- Anti-cheat readings, such as how fast you were moving when a check flagged you.
- Your Roblox account's creation date, looked up from Roblox's public profile, to apply the account age rule.
- Your coin balance, the cards you redeemed and the codes you were given.
We don't collect real names, contact details or payment details from players.
If you own a game
- Your name, email address and password. The password is stored as a scrambled hash we can't read.
- Your Roblox user ID and username, if you log in with Roblox.
- A log of what you do on the website, such as creating keys or editing tasks.
How we use it
- To pay rewards and hand out Robux codes.
- To spot and review cheating.
- To show game owners how players from the hub behave in their game.
- To run, secure and fix the service.
Who can see it
A game's owner sees activity inside their own game: usernames, user IDs, sessions, purchases, tasks, events and anti-cheat flags. They don't see what you did in other games or your Robux codes. Tixfall's admins see everything, to run rewards and reviews.
The service runs on hosting and database providers (currently Render and Neon), who store the data for us. We don't sell or rent data to anyone.
Cookies
The website sets one cookie when you log in, to keep you logged in, and a short-lived one during Roblox login. Both are needed for the site to work. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
- Raw gameplay events are deleted after 90 days.
- Rewards records, redemptions and the activity log are kept while Tixfall runs, so rewards can be checked and disputes reviewed.
- Website accounts are kept until they're deleted.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Deleting reward records ends your ability to redeem the coins linked to them. Game owners can delete their SDK keys at any time, which stops their game sending data.
